O Lord Jesus Christ, who during Your brief life on earth went about doing good to all men, be merciful to us in our needs. O Divine Physician, Your tender Heart was ever moved at the sight of pain and affliction. I beg of You, if it be in Your holy Will, to help us regain our health and strength, stretch forth Your hand to all who suffer, whether in mind or body. Grant to each of us that peace of soul, which You alone can give. Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on us.

Mother of the Redeemer, with great joy we call you blessed. In order to carry out His plan of salvation, God the Father chose you before the creation of the world. You believed in His love and obeyed His word. The Son of God desired you for His Mother when He became man to save us.

You were there by His side as our loving Mother, at the foot of the Cross, and on the day of Pentecost, you became the Mother of the Church. Intercede for us with your maternal love, that we may always be faithful disciples of your Son, and that we may one day rejoice with you and all the saints in the glory of eternal life. Amen.

O my God, relying on Your infinite goodness and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of Your grace, and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer.

O my God, I love You above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because You are all good and worthy of all love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of You. I forgive all who have injured me, and ask pardon of all whom I have injured.

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they offend You, my God, Who are all good and deserving of all my love.
